PREEM ADVANTAGE 101 - FEATURES
- Our design delivers batch mix materials to your truck in a decumulative
method, or a combination accumulating and decumulating method.
- Using the decumulating procedure, one starts with the hoppers scales
full or partially full and determines the weights of each by way of the
weight indicator. The mix material delivery systems are then started. Visual contact is
maintained with the LED indicator face and each scaling procedure is
stopped manually when the weight targets are reached.
- When employing the accumulating method of batching, one starts with one
or both aggregate bins empty and adds the required amounts in the DRIBBLE
batch method. When the desired weights are accumulated, the complete batch
may then be delivered to the truck. During either procedure, the cement
powder is delivered from the silo in the decumulating manner.
